Concept‐Based Bayesian Model Averaging and Growth Empirics

In specifying a regression equation, we need to specify which regressors to include, but also how these regressors are measured. This gives rise to two levels of uncertainty: concepts (level 1) and measurements within each concept (level 2). In this paper we propose a hierarchical weighted least squares (HWALS) method to address these uncertainties. We examine the effects of different growth determinants taking explicit account of the measurement problem in the growth regressions. We find that estimates produced by HWALS provide intuitive and robust explanations. We also consider approximation techniques which are useful when the number of variables is large or when computing time is limited.     

Time pressure and creativity in industrial design

Creativity is a critical aspect of competitiveness in all trades and professions. In the case of designers, creativity is of the utmost importance. Based on the perspective of industrial design, the relationship between creativity and time pressure was investigated in this study using control and experimental groups. In the first part of the study, fuzzy theory, the Creative Product Analysis Matrix, the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and Consensus Assessment Techniques were integrated to establish a method to evaluate creativity in industrial design. Moreover, the experimental and control groups were compared using three tests: the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, the product concept development test, and the product aesthetic development test. Six hypotheses were examined. Based on an analysis of the results, suggestions are offered to improve creativity management. The suggestions can serve as reference for creativity management of individuals, groups and companies in order to make the concept generating process more efficient.     

旅游影响民族社区社会关系变迁的微观研究——以岜沙苗寨为例

文章从较为微观的研究视角出发,以社会关系为研究对象,通过定性的研究方法对贵州从江县岜沙①苗寨展开个案研究.对比旅游发展前后岜沙苗寨社会关系的建立方式、主要特征方面的差异,进而回答"民族社区在旅游发展影响下,其关系的建立方式,社会关系的整体特征等发生了怎样的变化"这一问题,研究发现旅游发展改变了外部主体与岜沙村民建立社会关系的方式,但并未改变岜沙共同体内部成员之间社会关系的研究结论,实现了与已有相关研究成果的对话.     

高校科技创新、技术溢出与区域技术进步——基于2002~2014 年数据的实证研究

本文运用Eviews7.2 软件，采用面板数据模型实证研究了高校科技创新对我国区域技术进步的影响，得到了面板数据回归结果。结果表明，高校R&D 人员投入和专利技术产出对中部和西部地区的技术进步起着显著的促进作用，R&D 经费投入对中部、西部及东北地区的技术进步起着阻碍作用，同时科技论文产出对区域技术进步的影响不显著。这表明高校应当改革传统的以论文数量、科研经费为导向的高校科研考核制度，改进和完善科研评价体系，加强人才队伍建设，整合人才资源，形成优秀的科研团队，同时要加强产学研合作，建立企业与高校之间的信息平台，从而实现信息交流和资源共享，促进高校的科技成果向企业转化。     

领导成员交换对主管评估行为的影响研究

近年来，评估者行为成为绩效评估研究领域的新焦点，它会受到自身动机/ 特征、受评者特征、评估者与受评者二元关系、组织评估制度等多方面因素的影响。本文设定主管为评估者，选择评估者与受评者二元关系中的领导成员交换（LMX）作为主要研究变量，探究LMX 与主管评估行为之间的关系。通过231 份有效问卷数据统计结果发现，LMX 显著正向影响主管宽大评估行为，LMX 水平越高，评估结果越趋向宽大；反之LMX 显著负向影响主管准确评估行为，LMX 水平越低，评估结果越趋向准确。在研究中引入管理性评估目的作为调节变量，当处于低情境下的绩效评估管理性目的时，LMX 对主管评估行为影响与主效应保持一致，但处于高情境下的绩效评估管理目的时，无论LMX 水平高低与否，主管都会趋向采取准确评估行为。     

Effect of Parental Migration on the Academic Performance of Left‐behind Middle School Students in Rural China

China's rapid development and urbanization over the past 30 years have caused large numbers of rural residents to migrate to urban areas in search of work. This has created a generation of children who remain behind in rural areas when their parents migrate for work. Previous research has found mixed impacts of parental migration on the educational achievement of left‐behind children (LBC), perhaps because of methodological deficiencies and lack of recognition of the heterogeneity of this population of children. Our study attempts to examine the impact of six types of parental migration on the academic achievement of a rural junior high school sample. Our study uses a panel of 7148 junior high school students to implement a difference‐in‐difference analysis and finds that parental migration has a negative and significant impact on the academic achievement of junior high school students. Our study suggests that the Chinese Government should implement measures to dismantle barriers to the human capital accumulation of LBC to ensure sustainable economic growth and human capital development in China.

离子色谱法在食品添加剂检测中的应用分析

随着食品安全越来越受到人们的重视,对食品添加剂的检测和安全管理也备受关注。本文着重分析了作为一种新型分离分析技术,离子色谱法在食品添加剂检测方面的应用,具有快速便捷、灵敏度高、环境优好、选择性佳等优点,为食品安全打下坚实的基础。     

基于八大经济区视角的中国县域经济增长差异与趋同分析

按照八大经济区划分法运用泰尔指数对我国2003~2012年1 902个县域的经济增长差异进行了测度,发现八大经济区区域间的经济差异是中国县域经济差异主要来源,而区域内县际的经济差异则处于相对次要地位;通过实证分析表明,中国八大经济区县域经济增长存在绝对β收敛,但不同经济区县域经济的收敛速度存在较大差异。提出县域发展建议:缩小地区差距、统筹区域发展,在县域经济发展分类的基础上进行规划指导和政策调整,加强县域间的交流与合作。
